No used tires accepted unless mounted on wheels.
In the event pre-consignment monies are not
settled for prior to sale, charges will be deducted from consignor sale proceeds at the conclusion of the sale.
Any licensed
vehicles must have clear title and/or Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin on file in the Sales Office prior to the start of the Auction.
Bidder
assumes any and all risk of injury.
Auctioneers, Promoters and/or Sponsors will not be liable to pay for any items considered
a NO SALE.
Auctioneers, Promoters and/or Sponsors have the right to refuse any consignments and/or selling of property.
Auctioneers,
Promoters and/or Sponsors will not be responsible for any written or verbal guarantees that might be made and will
not be liable for any consigned property that would be misplaced, stolen or damaged during the time of show. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We
do not clean or put description tags on any property. This is the duty of the seller. Property will be sold on its own merit.
Sales
Tax is applicable to this sale. Sales tax exemption forms must be completed in the Sales Office prior to bidding.
All items sold
“As Is, Where Is” with no guarantees or warranty expressed or implied
Consignors cannot sell their property at private sale after
it has been or while it is being consigned in. All consignments must go through Auction. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Consignors cannot put
a Reserve (Suggested Sealed Price) on any item under $250.00.
Consignors will receive their settlement check within ten
(10) business days after the close of the sale.
