To guarantee space in the Auction, you must use this form for pre-consignment and mail with the proper fees ($3.00 per lot number and $10.00 per rolling stock). MCS Auctions strongly urges consignors to return this completed form with consignment monies as soon as possible.

 

Lot numbers are reserved by the postmark date - no exceptions

 

NOTICE: Pre-consigned property must be at the show site before deadline! Check sales schedule page on the web site for specific sale deadlines. CONSIGNORS WHO FAIL TO MEET CONSIGNMENT DEADLINES WILL FORFEIT LOT NUMBERS AND PRE-CONSIGNMENT MONIES. There will be only a limited number amount of lot numbers sold for this sale. Don’t be left out!
